How you'll make an impact

The HRCC team is looking for a Compensation Consultant to join their growing practice. The Compensation Consultant participates as an integral member of multiple client consulting teams. Client projects are designed to provide broad-based exposure to the design, development, and implementation aspects of classification and compensation consulting concepts and processes.

Duties include:

• Ensure project milestones are met within promised timelines and established project budgets
• Meet client expectations in projected/budgeted project hours expectations
• Gather information and data from client contacts via interviews, surveys and desk audits
• Conduct job analyses to determine accurate classification and exemption status
• Write accurate, relevant and compliant job descriptions
• Gather salary and benefit information from clients to make salary recommendations
• Supporting Senior Consultants on advising clients on the design and implementation of employee classification, pay and rewards program solutions that link closely to the client organization's strategic business objectives.

About you

Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.
