About Church Hill Landscapes: Nate Carr established Church Hill Landscapes in 2002 out of a deep-seated passion for landscaping and horticulture. As a graduate of the University of Vermont in 1997, his ambition has been to create diverse and beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces for clients across Vermont. We're a 22-30 person team of gardeners, masons, and landscape designers who build and maintain creative landscapes for our customers. Due to the increasing demand from our esteemed clientele for preserving the beauty we’ve created; we’re looking for a Gardening Team Supervisor . If you have a passion for landscaping, a knack for team management, and the ambition to create and maintain beautiful spaces, we would be delighted to hear from you.
This role will place you in the heart of our growing operations, working hands-on in a dynamic and rewarding environment, serving our distinguished clients. As a Gardening Team Supervisor, you’ll be entrusted with coordinating your crew for garden maintenance, enhancements and installation projects, a task requiring good organizational and supervision skills. This is a year-round position, presenting a constant opportunity for growth and learning.
The ideal candidate is a Vermont Certified Horticulturalist (or have equivalent experience) with substantial field experience, capable of understanding the work and managing a team effectively.
Compensation Starting wage range for this position is $25-$30/hr.
