A multi-award-winning Hospital near the Los Angeles metro area has a great opportunity for a Speech Therapy Lead!

Reporting to the Manager of Speech Therapy Services, the Speech Therapy Lead will be responsible for the coordination of Speech Therapy Care including managing services and ensuring program goals are being met and aligned with patient care guidelines. In addition, the Speech Therapy Lead will manage and mentor a great team of Speech Therapists and work with other department staff to ensure that patients are receiving exceptional, quality, and effective care.
The Speech Therapy Lead will work with patients of all ages and throughout the hospital with a variety of needs. The Speech Therapy Lead will work with Medical Surgical, Acute Rehab, and ICU patients. The Speech Therapy Lead will be responsible for timely and accurate documentation of care and services and will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to build the patients’ plan of care.
