Job description
DEFINITION/ PRIMARY FUNCTION
Performs, in accordance with established policies and procedures, a variety of duties to assist V.P. & General Counsel;
manage documentary aspects of various legal matters, software and other vendor agreements, civil and employment
law litigation support.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)

5-8 years In law fir: es a paralegal in a law office or commercial business;
B. Education and Training:
Knowledge of legal principles and practices, in both litigation and transactional matters, at a level normally
cquired through formal paralegal training or its @quivalent in experience,

Highest degree of discretion and ability to maintain strict confidence as to all matters; abllity te organize and
prioritze numerous tasks and complete them under frequently severe time constraints; proficiency with
Microsoft Office software; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to pay close attention to
Getail when evaluating legal matters (constituting approximately 80% of work time); ability to work
occasionally more than 40 hours a week and occasionally at irregular hours: interpersonal skill necessary in
order ta communicate in person, by telephone and electronically with a diverse (and occasionally divergent)
range of audiences with discretion, ordinary courtesy and tact; ability to maintain office files, inckuding timely
retrieval;
