Restaurant FOH Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist In Managing Daily Operations.
- Maintain A Positive And Progressive Team Atmosphere. For A High Volume Full Service Restaurant.
- Assist With The Recruiting, Hiring, Training & Development Of Restaurant Team.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service.
- Ensure the Team Adheres To Company Policies & Standards At All Times.
- Hands-On Manager That Leads By Example.
Restaurant FOH Manager Requirements:
- Previous Management Experience In High Volume Casual Dining.
- Proven Ability For Training & Development.
- Ability To Speak To Customer Success Stories.
- Bar Management Experience Is A Plus.
