Job Summary Assist Parts Advisors and Parts Manager in all aspects of selling, receiving, delivering parts, and maintaining the Parts Department. This position will work 20-25 hours per week. Primary Responsibilities Check-in, invoice and deliver wholesale parts orders. Notify customers and the service department upon new special-order parts arrivals. Stock new inventory to designated shelving units. Specify basic parts for Service Department using electronic parts catalog. Invoice parts on repair orders. Pull and fill orders from stock. Deliver parts to technicians in our service department. Perform physical inventory as needed. Tag and label warranty parts removed from vehicles. General cleaning of delivery vehicle and Parts Department Assist with all other duties of parts department as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: Must have knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards of service and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Must have the ability to establish productive, cooperative relationships with the public, vendors, and all employees of the dealership. Must utilize effective time management skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at one time. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. A valid driver’s license for occasional travel is required. A professional appearance and manner consistent with LeadCar Toyota La Crosse’s culture must be maintained.
