Responsibilities:

- Undertake various specialized assignments assigned by different business units/departments, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive reports for financial planning and analysis. These reports serve as crucial tools for informed decision-making by our management and executive team.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of historical data, perform variance analysis, identify emerging trends, and offer actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of transactions by meticulously reconciling incoming and outgoing data.
- Collaborate closely with the Power BI unit to establish and maintain business requirements for dashboard reporting of reinsurance premiums.
- Conduct rigorous testing, reconciliation, and validation of data reporting processes to ensure consistency and reliability across different units and teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5-10 years in financial analysis, preferably within the insurance, banking, or healthcare sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel, including formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
- Experience working with databases such as SQL, Access, etc.
- Familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for gathering and interpreting data to generate insightful reports.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analysis and reporting.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information to senior leadership and the executive team.
