Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and achieving business results
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices
• Experience with budget management and financial analysis

Location: Hauppauge, New York

Salary: Up to $140,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
