Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to realtors when needed
- Proactive approach for supporting agents
- Office social media postings and management
- Schedule team appointments and events
- Maintain office equipment
- Management of office tech stack
- Support the broker in a wider array of real estate-related activities
Qualifications:
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Real estate license is a bonus
- 2 years of office management experience or similar work experience required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
- General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems
- This position is NOT a remote position
- General computer skills with Google Workspace or similar systems
