Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the features and benefits of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Our ideal hire has a working knowledge of the residential construction industry.
Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and engaging sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring they align with company goals and profitability.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals.
Budgeting and Contracting: Work alongside our Estimator to seamlessly create working budgets and contracts of our projects.

Qualifications:

Knowledge: A solid understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools. Previous working knowledge of BuilderTrend is a plus!
Abilities: The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Other Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and a strong desire to succeed in a sales career. Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Industry Experience: Working experience in a residential construction business is highly desirable and working knowledge of residential construction principles is required.
