Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Mortgage Loan Officer who embodies our principle of Mortgage Intelligently™. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering financial literacy and superior loan options, ensuring a rewarding experience for families and individuals alike. With uncapped commissions, robust technology, and a steady stream of leads, you'll have ample opportunities to grow your business.

Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and maintain a personal network of referral partners and customers.
- Generate business through referrals and relationships with individuals, existing clients, and real estate professionals.
- Accurately complete loan applications (1003) and gather necessary documentation from borrowers.
- Assess clients' needs and financial situations to recommend the most suitable loan products.
- Negotiate loan terms with clients, ensuring clarity and fairness.
- Manage loan applications from initiation to closing, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
- Foster positive communication with our Operations team, ensuring efficient loan processing.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 3 years of mortgage loan origination experience, with a consistent track record of funding $2 Million per month or more.
- Active NMLS license(s).
- Commitment to upholding the highest professional and ethical standards.
- Adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements and guidelines.
- Strong personal management skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer experience.
- Exceptional sales skills with a strong drive to achieve and excel.
- A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
