Job description

Kforce's client in Woodbury, NY is a very successful, dynamic Long Island-based commercial real estate management company. With rapid expansion underway, they are seeking a talented Bookkeeper with Yardi software experience. The Bookkeeper will work closely with the CFO. This firm offers outstanding compensation and benefits, as well as the opportunity to work remotely. Responsibilities:

• Daily entry of vendor invoices into Yardi Software
• Bookkeeper will prepare and code invoices for Property Manager's approval in Yardi
• Prepare monthly bill backs for postage, FedEx, supplies, etc., to clients
• As a Bookkeeper, you will create spreadsheets in Excel
• Transfer data from hard copy to Yardi software
