Bosch offers an excellent Rotational Development Program (RDP) that is tailor-made for Bachelor's and Master's candidates. This 24-month entry-level rotational program is designed to provide you with professional and leadership opportunities throughout the Application Engineer Team. The Rotational Development Program consists of four rotations that are customized for you, including one international assigment. You will gain extensive experience of working with varied work teams and environments. In addition, you will be assigned an executive mentor to provide professional coaching and career guidance, and a peer mentor to help you navigate through the program. Also, you will have the opportunity to participate in structured networking events and targeted training to gain leadership exposure.
Minimum Requirements:
Geographically mobile: Candidates must be willing and able to relocate multiple times within the U.S. and to complete an international assignment.
Must be authorized to work in the United States - Bosch does not offer visa sponsorship for any of the positions under this program.
