Job Description:
As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure that ServiceNow applications meet business requirements and are aligned with the organization's IT strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions, including architecture, validation, and documentation.
2. Analyze business needs and requirements to create technical solutions that meet business objectives.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and deliver technical solutions.
4. Provide expertise in ServiceNow best practices and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and guidelines.
5. Communicate and present complex technical solutions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
6. Generate data models for the solution implemented
7. Provide technical guidance to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
8. Provide technical supervision to the delivery team.
9. Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
10. Perform code reviews and ensure the quality of technical deliverables.
11. Provide effort estimates and implementation schedules for architected solutions.
12. Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
