Overview: We are in search of an experienced and dynamic Field Marketing Manager to join our Corporate Marketing Team. This role is critical for working alongside various business units to understand priorities and develop marketing roadmaps that align with larger Account Based Marketing (ABM) go-to-market efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, adept at program execution, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This role will be highly collaborative with many moving pieces, so organization and being able to drive initiatives forward will be critical. Experience coming from the technology or consulting industry with experience in Account-Based-Marketing (ABM) will help the candidate excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Roadmap Development: Collaborate with individual business units to develop and align ABM marketing strategies as part of their broader go-to-market activities. Ensure these strategies are in line with overall corporate objectives. Additionally, to align marketing programs and priorities to the sales enablement team and roadmaps.
Cross-Team Collaboration and Organization: A key part of this role is to lead collaborative programs across various business unit marketing roadmaps. To lead, coordinate, and track the progress of multiple marketing initiatives. As a key facilitator across teams, enhancing communication and collaboration between various business units and the marketing team. One additional area will be reporting on strategic initiatives to the broader business.
Program Execution within the Marketing Team: The Field Marketing Manager will also play a crucial role within the marketing team, driving the execution of various marketing programs alongside peers. This responsibility includes close collaboration with other areas of the marketing team including ABM based content, operations, regional teams, and agency partners to executive business unit-specific go-to-market plans that may include digital media, content, events, announcements, and insights. Additionally, a key aspect of this role involves building and maintaining productive relationships and coordinating with vendors to augment and support the company's core marketing efforts as needed.
The starting pay range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
