Aerotek is hiring for a Production Manager in Milford, DE. This position is a direct-placement offering full benefits + vacation.

:

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations in the plant. Responsibilities include ensuring production labor goals are met, understood, and accurate. The production manager will create productivity goals, anticipate bottlenecks, provide leadership to 20-30 manufacturing associates. Candidates must have a vision of continuous improvement for manufacturing processes and labor productivity.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

+ Proven ability to lead a team in a manufacturing role

+ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, QMS

+ Identifies processes that can improve project efficiency

+ Ability to clearly define all workflows, communicates document processes, and ensures all manufacturing practices are improved with learnings

+ Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines

+ Ability to communicate and drive production with staff

Shift: Day Shift; Monday-Thursday; Occasional Fridays
