Position Overview: As a Sales Consultant at our new Subaru location in Kansas City, you will play a crucial role in connecting customers with the perfect Subaru vehicle to meet their needs.
You'll be part of a dynamic sales team, working with a range of customers, from first-time buyers to Subaru enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a solid customer base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Actively engage with customers, both in-person and digitally, to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about Subaru vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing. • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
- Negotiate sales prices and financing terms to close deals effectively. • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure seamless transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with Subaru product knowledge and industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships. • Maintain a clean and organized showroom appearance. Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for Subaru vehicles and a desire to learn.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. • Valid driver's license.
