Simi Valley Toyota is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Manager with Toyota experience.

Responsibilities
- Hiring and oversee training of parts staff
- Setting annual and monthly budget and goals
- Developing sales strategies
- Monitoring sales performance
- Working with the marketing team
- Be an energetic leader and provide focus for your team
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the tone of the store
- Manage productivity of Parts Department
- Maintain good working relationship with manufacturer
- Work well with customers, employees and all departments to ensure excellence in all areas of our business
Qualifications
- Toyota Dealership Parts management experience
- Proven track record of increasing volume of sales over a period of time
- Must be able to work within and create a team environment
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
- Excellent customer service skills
