1. Under 40 years old.
2. Love coaching youth basketball.
3. Have a University/college Undergraduate Degree.

1. Performance bonuses.
2. At least 3 years of coaching experience in youth basketball
3. Be able to handle the physical demands of coaching 25-30hours a week on the court.
4. Be able to commit to one year or more.
5. Currently in China.
6. Holder of FIBA Basketball Coach certificate.
