Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our flooring projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of project management experience within the construction industry and a strong background in managing flooring projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple flooring projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to understand project requirements and expectations.
Conduct site visits to assess project scope and requirements.
Source and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
Oversee and manage subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address concerns.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of project management experience within the construction industry, specifically in flooring projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
