As a highly organized, detail-oriented Claims Coordinator, you will review and process all expense claims for reimbursement and provide excellent customer service to cross-functional team members and program participants throughout the claims process. This position may also provide other administrative support for various areas of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Review and determine eligibility of claims for reimbursement that are submitted by company participants, contractors, team members, and other stakeholders in accordance with company processes
- Follow claims process timelines and proactively discuss any issues with the Claims Manager
- Manage, track, and update CRM in Backoffice application
- Work with Engagement Executive to communicate and resolve issues with participating companies including ineligible claims, missing documentation, etc.
- Prepare Claims Report and provide to Program Director monthly and share with the Director of Finance & Administration and share recommendations for improvement
- Proactively report any suspicion of fraud to claim lead
- Process the claim in accordance with the Market Access Program, Agricultural Trade Promotion, federal travel regulations, FundMatch guide, Global Connect guide, and any other applicable internal policies
- Manage record keeping of claims documentation per mandatory record retention requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in business, accounting, or another related field
- 3-5 years experience in claims processing, A/P, A/R, or another related field
- Excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills; oral, verbal, and written
- Strong customer service skills
- Proven ability to track, monitor, and report on a variety of project and third-party activities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in Adobe PDF
- Ability to travel 10% of time
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work a hybrid work schedule in Vancouver, WA

Compensation Range Based on Experience:
This full-time position is non-exempt with a wage band ranging from $22/hour to $28/hour.
