Job description
Lead A/V Technican
Onsite
Contract to hire 26/h W2
- This is a lead installer position essentially - this person installs conference/huddle room equipment - TVs, computers, cameras, speakers, microphones, etc...
- The majority of their work is going to be done in commercial office spaces. Mainly around the Denver area, but there may be some travel within CO, or maybe to WY occasionally. They have company vehicles that can be used to travel but there may be times when they need to use their own vehicles.
- They have per-diem and mileage reimbursement and take care of their people if they're needed to travel.
- The primary need is they need someone who has experience installing and setting up conference rooms and the related equipment, as well as has the understanding of how to troubleshoot it all and make sure it's working.
- Someone with a CTS certification would work well for this role
- Some of the equipment they work on is made by Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSC, Donte,
- Their day to day schedule can vary a little bit depending on the business needs.
- They're hoping that this person can develop a team, so look for good communication/soft skills
Responsibilities :
- Fine-tuning and operating cutting-edge audiovisual equipment, ensuring seamless integration with our structured cabling solutions.
- Mastering the art of cable management to maintain a clean and organized setup, reflecting our commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Showcasing your expertise with a range of hardware components and software applications, from Crestron and Extron to Biamp and QSC.
- Collaborating closely with our dedicated team to deliver turn-key integration for audiovisual systems and provide infrastructure support for security and distributed antenna systems.
- Transforming troubleshooting into an opportunity to exceed customer expectations, ensuring optimal performance of their data network and information systems.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial Audio Video integration realm, coupled with a strong track record of success.
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where teamwork is key.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering flawless installations and service.
- A valid Colorado Driver's License and CTS/CTS-I Certification, showcasing your dedication to excellence and professionalism.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to ensure client satisfaction every step of the way.
