Job description
Curated Sneakers | Streetwear | Vintage in Strongsville, OH is looking for one Store Manager to join our 4 person strong team. We are located on 848 Southpark Center. Our ideal candidate is confident, informed, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded
- Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
- Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner
- Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
- Manage in store inventory and communicate with other managers to insure maximization of sales
- Managing Social Media posting and messaging
- Building relationships with customers
- Overseeing store security with the assistance of other managers and employees.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a store manager
- Full time availability (Will be scheduled 40 hours every week)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Extensive sneaker and clothing knowledge required
- Teachable and have solutions-based mindset
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused store
