Experience Required:

Saint John opened in October 2021 to rave reviews, specializing in ‘haute creole cuisine,’ showcasing the evolution of true Creole cuisine in New Orleans, presenting these flavors in an elevated yet approachable way. Owner & Executive Chef, Eric Cook, and Chef de Cuisine, Daren Porretto, drew inspiration from traditional Sunday dinners in New Orleans and sharing in the celebration of community and good food. The restaurant features an open kitchen with counter seating for guests to interact with the chefs, as well as booth, bar, and balcony seating on two floors. Located in a chic building on the \Lower Decatur\ part of the French Quarter.
