Job Summary:

About the Role & Team

As the Travel Coordinator for Disney Publishing Worldwide, you will be responsible for planning and arranging all aspects of travel bookings for author talent, including fielding inquiries and streamlining travel communications with the internal team. In addition to securing transportation and hotel arrangements, you will act as one of Publishing’s key point of contact for talent travel during events such as book tour stops, literary conferences, conventions, and in-person appearances, as well as provide consistent internal communication with the Publishing PR / Communications teams. This is a 30-month Project Hire position with no guarantee of permanent placement.

The hiring range for this position in New York is $48,900.00 to $67,200.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
