Position Summary Statement: The Shift Manager position is critical to the daily success of the restaurant. We are looking for smart dependable people with outstanding attendance who want to work in a fast paced team environment. Candidates for this job MUST love interacting with people and have the patience to accommodate a late night crowd.
We are looking for qualified people who can multi-task at a fast pace. We are a people focused business that is open late. We serve food until 1:00 am Sunday to Thursday and until 3:00 am on Friday and Saturday. We are willing to train the right candidate if you've got what it takes even if you lack the experience.

Job Requirements:
Able to work in a fast-paced environment leading a team.
Excellent menu and product knowledge post-training.
Accountable for the preparation of the guest’s order.
Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns in a professional manner.
Maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space.
Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
