Federally qualified health center seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner/FNP to work in Primary Care to see all ages in the Waterbury, CT area!

Your Role with the Company :

• Family Nurse Practitioner will see all ages
• FNP will see patients with co-occurring disorders
• FNP will see on average 16 patients per an 8 hour shift
• The Family Nurse Practitioner will have the ability to develop great relationships with the patients in the community

• 1+ years experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner/FNP
• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active DEA
