Here’s what our HR department wants to make sure you know: Our director of marketing manages the marketing process from research and planning, to execution and analysis.
Our marketing director will have:
- An audience-first, experience management paradigm deep in their bones .
- Exceptional research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency and experience turning the research brief into a strategic brief and then a creative brief. (If that string of words feels like a refreshing breeze, read on…)
- Time and project management excellence.
- Proven ability to inspire and effectively lead a team of professionals.
- Experience entering new markets—both product markets and geographies—that can be quantified and demonstrated .
- Experience optimizing digital content and platforms for specific audiences.
- Standout written and verbal communication skill .
- A fierce hunger for competitive advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent; master’s degree is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute enterprise branding and corporate identity initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for subsidiaries.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets.
- Establish and grow target market shares, per executive priorities .
- Conduct employee, customer, brand, and product research initiatives.
- Build a comprehensive and clear strategic plan to implement the experience management component of our enterprise resource planning, including all XM tools, training, and execution.
- Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management.
- Supervise our marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules, and deadlines.
- Oversee all digital content, platforms, events, and amplification strategies.
