Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.74

What’s a typical day as a Fin Clipper? You’ll be:
• Performing routine fish identification duties, including fin clipping, coded-wire tagging, body tagging, elastomer and freeze brand marking, and other required markings.
• Assisting the lead/hatchery staff in various duties such as inspection for marking quality, trailer setup, and fish transfer.
• Cleaning and sanitizing the trailer, work areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and other employee-used areas.
• Administering employment paperwork to new hires, including employment applications and I-9 forms.
• Training will be provided as required.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience or knowledge in fish identification and marking techniques.
• Are detail-oriented and have a strong attention to accuracy.
• Can follow instructions and work closely with supervision.
• Have the ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
