**Job Responsibilities:**

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with referral partners such as Realtors, Financial Advisors, and Bank Branches to enhance collaboration and generate business opportunities.


- Proactively identify potential partnerships and foster meaningful connections through various channels including company-sponsored events and direct-to-consumer initiatives.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Sun West's products, policies, underwriting requirements, and pricing structures.

- Analyze financial and credit data in detail, matching client needs with suitable loan programs while effectively managing associated risks.

- Enhance Sun West's market presence by maintaining a high level of visibility and engagement within the industry.

**Requirements:**

- Must hold a valid NMLS state license.

- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in external retail mortgage origination, with a focus on self-sourced business development.

- Demonstrated sales proficiency with a track record of meeting Branch production standards.

- Thorough familiarity with FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA guidelines, and a comprehensive understanding of real estate transaction processes.
