Role: Programme Coordinator-Cyberspace Capabilities
Location - Virginia, USA
Contract Duration: 12 Months + extension till 4 years Working Days: 5 Days/Week - fully on-site Relocation: Yes, required if not based in Virginia Competitive pay rate*Security Cleared is MUST for this role*
* A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Business Administration from an accredited university
* Non-expired programme management practitioner-level certification by an accredited institution, such as the Programme Management Institute PMP or the Axelos MSP. (training only will not suffice)
* Expert-level post-grade certification in CIS security and cyber defence disciplines, as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), GIAC Security Expert or ISACA Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). (training only would not suffice)
* 3+ years in the last 5 in the field of programme or project management
* 2+ years in the last 5 of experience in in the Cyber area
* 2+ years in the last 5 of experience in briefing senior leaders/decision makers.
* Effective oral and written communication skills, with good briefing and presentation skills; ability to interact with senior military and civilian officials in an international environment, using tact and diplomacy
* Demonstrate familiarity with the NATO Common Funded Capability Delivery Governance Model
* Demonstrate familiarity with NATO as an organization
* Demonstrate working knowledge of tolerance management
* Demonstrate working knowledge on Benefits Management.
* Demonstrate working knowledge on Risk Management
