Infosys is looking to onboard an Senior Associate Finance at its Richardson (Texas) office. In this role, the respective individual shall handle Finance and related Administrative activities in a well-organized manner, with hands-on experience in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel including VLookUp/Pivot Table, etc). Working knowledge of SAP FIN module or similar ERP system is desired. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary
Qualification
Basic
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution (CPA/ CA not mandatory). Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of relevant experience with Chartered Accountancy or 9 years of relevant experience for non graduates.
- Location for this position is in Richardson, TX. Candidates should be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area.

Primary Job duties:
- Prepare certain Compliance Reports by reviewing the data requirements and reaching out to internal teams for the data needed, analyze the same, coordinate with legal/ other teams for clarifications, update the same in the prescribed format and submit the final report with the concerned agencies
- Review and update the Asset Report for preparing property tax renditions
- Track Property Tax payment due dates, follow-up to obtain invoices and coordinate with AP team for payments by ensuring that the due dates are met
- Initiate Purchase Order requests in the internal system for Finance related services
- Collect appropriate data from internal teams in order to prepare, validate and submit different types of mandatory Survey Reports
- Support AP team with Quarterly/ Annual Tax Payments
- Support Audits related to taxes and finance
- Support Tax, Treasury, AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation and other teams as needed
- Prepare monthly/ periodic Internal Reports as required
- Other Finance and related Administrative duties, as assigned by reporting manager(s)
The job entails sitting as well as working on a computer for considerable periods of time. Should be able to communicate in person, by telephone or over email. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
