Position Overview:
The Credit Cards Judgmental lending, leaders primary responsibilities including managing day to day operations revolving around credit card judgement lending while ensuring the level of expected service, quality is maintained , the manager will be responsible for having frequent connects with internal stakeholder , team members ,he also has to instill awareness of the team member's goals, any challenges or areas of focus, and ensuring opportunities are addressed with a plan identified for success.. Candidates must possess a strong sense of urgency with an ability to work in a team environment, maintaining excellent organizational, communication skills,
Essential Job Functions:
- Meet and/or exceed goals set by line of business that contribute to the Service Level Agreements
- Motivate and lead team to success using recognition, team building activities and positive reinforcement
- Set and manage to production and quality expectations
- Hold daily/weekly huddles to discuss results from previous days, changes, etc.
- Quick learner
- Good knowledge of Windows based applications, Outlook, Word, and Excel is important
- Respond to communications from client
- Additional responsibilities and duties requested from internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of general banking experience along with 3+ years of managing highly analytical teams, such as risk, credit lending
- Candidate with prior experience in managing teams across credit cards, consumer lending, fraud, collections, lending underwriting is preferred
- The primary responsibility of the role will be to manage end-to-end operations revolving around credit card judgement lending.
- Ability to swiftly understand of Client Business and its priorities
- Must maintain the highest standard of attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and good written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to motivate and build team to achieve required goals
Preference:
- Candidate with prior experience in managing teams across credit cards, consumer lending, fraud, collections, lending underwriting is preferred
