At Zilli Hospitality Group, we're looking for a full-time Production Chef to join our energetic team. This is an opportunity to flex your culinary muscles and play an integral role in maintaining our sterling reputation in the catering world.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Crafting hot and cold dishes using standardized recipes.
• Ensuring all food meets our high quality and sanitation standards.
• Receiving, checking, storing, and rotating incoming supplies.
• Training other staff members and executing food tastings.
• Assisting at catered events and maintaining kitchen policies and procedures.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Holds a valid driver's license and has access to insured transportation (preferred but not mandatory).
• Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Possesses the ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Has physical stamina and the capability of repetitive motions.
• Can be flexible with availability - hours include weekday, evening, weekend and holidays.

The pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available to serve guests in the Milwaukee and Waukesha areas.
