Our award winning hospital located in the greater Atlanta, GA area is looking for anight shift PICU Assistant Nurse Manager to ensure that they are providing the highest level of pediatric care for their most critical patients.
As the Pediatric ICU Assistant Nurse Manager, you will be a vital component of a large, 200+ bed facility that has won many prestigious awards and distinctions and offers exceptional patient care. This hospital is part of a greater health system that has multiple locations and facilities, offering lots of opportunity for professional growth.
Supported by an experienced Pediatric ICU staff team, the RN Pediatric ICU Assistant Manager will have the proper support to ensure that you and your staff are meeting and exceeding the goals of the department. The Pediatric ICU Nurse Assistant Manager will report directly to and will work closely with the PICU Manager.
As the Assistant Nurse Manager PICU, you will be accountable for facilitating daily operations, staffing assignments, patient flow, and ensuring a healthy work environment. The RN PICU Assistant Manager will be an experienced nurse with PICU experience.
