Mechanical Project Engineer | $90,000 to $110,000 Base Salary + Very Good Benefits
An established equipment producer supporting the process industrial sector has created a new permanent Mechanical Project Engineering role for an engineer with experience in the development of fixed or skid-mounted industrial process equipment development and management.
A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering plus at least three years of managing the full scope of process equipment that include pressurized pumps, compressors, piping & pressure vessels from concept to delivery, including intake of specifications, marking up technical documents, with timeline & budget responsibility. The resiliency to work with demanding, high-profile customers.
The ideal candidate will come from an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), distributor of fixed, packaged or skid-mounted equipment, or industrial engineering firm (EPC), developing equipment for the process industries (chemicals, oil & gas, primary metals, pharmaceuticals, biotech, etc.), having direct experience with projects over $250,000 plus the ability to manage multiple projects at once, and travel up to 50% domestically & internationally is needed.
