We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. This full-time role is integral to maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and safety. As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our janitorial team, ensuring our facilities are impeccably maintained.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate the daily cleaning and maintenance activities of the janitorial team.
- Ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained in accordance with company standards and health and safety regulations.
- Train new janitorial staff members, providing ongoing guidance and support to ensure a high-performing team.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a janitorial role or similar.
- Experience in a supervisory role is highly desirable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning procedures and maintenance equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
