THE OPPORTUNITY

Title: Account Manager

Reports to : Domestic Channel Partnerships Manager

Location : Austin, TX (Corporate Headquarters located in the Domain)

Summary:


Citizens, Inc. is seeking a dynamic customer-centric professional to join our Channel Partner Support team.


The Account Manager supports Citizens, Inc. by acting as a liaison between the business and our clients by managing client communications, nurturing key relationships, and keeping track of all necessary documentation, paying close attention to any policy changes, important deadlines, and legal regulations. The Account Manager supports the Sales Team and Operations while assisting to manage a portfolio of our clients. This role requires a high level of customer service to develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters, build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships. Account Manager will liaise with internal teams by providing feedback and reports to improve the entire client experience.

This position is located at the Domain Office in Austin TX. The Account Manager reports directly to the Channel Partner Support Team Manager.
