Location : Austin, TX (Corporate Headquarters located in the Domain)

Summary: Citizens, Inc. is seeking a dynamic customer-centric professional to join our Channel Partner Support team.
The
Account Manager supports Citizens, Inc. by acting as a liaison between the business and our clients by managing client communications, nurturing key relationships, and keeping track of all necessary documentation, paying close attention to any policy changes, important deadlines, and legal regulations. The
Account Manager supports the Sales Team and Operations while assisting to manage a portfolio of our clients. This role requires a high level of customer service to develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters, build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships. Account Manager will liaise with internal teams by providing feedback and reports to improve the entire client experience.
This position is located at the Domain Office in Austin TX. The
Account Manager reports directly to the Channel Partner Support Team Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO - Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholder and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and services to the clients.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a channel of communication between clients and the employees of an organization.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain trust.
- Identifying high-value clients and develop strategies to build relationships.
- Collaborate with sales team and operations.
- Notify the Channel Partner Support Team Manager and other relevant stakeholders of any issues.
- Thorough knowledge of the company, products, and processes as well as the client's industry, functions and values.
- Act as an ambassador for the company by helping to promote and maintain a positive company image.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED - High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years' experience in an Account Management role or similar within the industry
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English)
- Service oriented individual with high personal standards for ethical conduct and a hands-on work style.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaboration, innovation, and creativity skills.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Able to work under pressure and time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working at a varying pace, addressing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to adjust priorities often and manage frequent interruptions.
