Job Opening: Digital Marketing Specialist

Greenville Federal Credit Union is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our marketing automation platform and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage and retain members, and drive revenue growth.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Identify and utilize the most effective digital tools to increase product and service adoption and acquire new members.
• Implement marketing programmatic and operational initiatives through the automation platform and external digital marketing tactics.
• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing automation strategies and tactics to drive member growth.
• Maintain a high degree of knowledge of credit union services and products to make necessary recommendations.
• Use data and analytics to segment audiences, incorporate testing, and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, business analytics, or a related field, or equivalent formal certifications.
• Working knowledge of database management concepts and best practices, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Technical competency and experience with robust marketing automation tools; experience with Strum and/or Prisma platforms is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills, and the ability to analyze campaign effectiveness and develop metrics and reports.
• The ability to think creatively, multi-task, and deliver on commitments in a highly results-oriented environment.
