About the Role:

We are searching for a Training Operations Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide administrative support, manage schedules, and coordinate training initiatives for our Outside Sales team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing calendars across multiple time zones, orchestrating recurring meetings, and demonstrating adeptness in handling intricate scheduling requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with management to streamline hiring and onboarding processes while maintaining training repositories for accuracy and managing content delivery throughout onboarding.

What You'll Do:

Organize and oversee all training activities for sales channels, ensuring consistency and assessing effectiveness of programs.
Prepare and maintain internal reports and processes, recommending changes to enhance workflows.
Manage support channels such as Microsoft Teams and Outlook to ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
Handle administrative tasks including expense reports, budget adherence, and scheduling and travel coordination.
Curate and maintain training materials in SharePoint, facilitating accessibility and accuracy.
Lead operational requirements for live and virtual events, ensuring seamless execution.
Manage rosters and distribution lists for targeted sales audiences, including new hires.
Collaborate with program owners to define success metrics and provide regular updates.
Monitor attendee participation and completion, scheduling and communicating with program leadership.
Conduct project status meetings and identify and resolve risks proactively.
Review and deploy communications to the field, maintaining brand consistency.
Create surveys, analyze results, and implement operational updates as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2-5 years of experience in training program management.
Proven ability to provide senior-level support and balance multiple responsibilities accurately.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Zoom, and SharePoint.
Experience in event planning and project management preferred.
Familiarity with metrics and data analysis.
Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
A proactive problem-solver with a knack for conceptualizing and initiating solutions.
