Role: Lead.net Engineer - Lead (C# OOD)
Location: Lakewood, CO (Hybrid)
Duration: Fulltime with Client
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Vice President Commercial, North America, the Director of Sales is responsible for all sales activities in North America. The Director of Sales is responsible for overseeing the growth and profitability plans for the region in line with the client s strategic plan and values. The individual is responsible for hiring, training, developing and management of Regional Sales, Technical Specialists and Large Volume Account Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a high-level technical expert in design development, coding, testing and debugging new software applications (or significant enhancements to existing software).
- Design, develop, operate, and maintain software components and systems to apply to and integrate with engineering, scientific, regulatory and manufacturing requirements.
- Perform and approve code and test reviews.
- Exercise considerable latitude in determining technical objectives.
- Define software development best practices and introduce new, state-of-the-art techniques.
- Mentor early-career software engineers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years experience in software engineering, design, or development.
- Expertise in C# with a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design.
- Proficiency with databases such as MySQL, Azure SQL, NoSQL and/or Redis Cache.
- Experience contributing to application architecture and design (e.g., architecture, scalability, performance, design patterns and reliability).
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Interested in leadership opportunities by helping other software engineers improve their skills.
- Strong sense of project ownership, urgency and drive.

- Microservice patterns and architectures.
- Networking and messaging.
- Experience working with RESTful services.
- Experience with UI technologies: Angular and TypeScript.
- CI/CD integration experience.
- Experience with automated testing.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
