Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with team members and guests
• Implement training programs to enhance unit operations and guest experience
• Ensure compliance with regulations and SOP
• Supervise team members and assist in overall unit direction

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Strong mathematical and reasoning skills
