- As the Associate Software Engineer you are responsible for leveraging cutting edge technology to solve business problems by participating in all phases of the development process from inception through transition using Java.
- You will be advocating the agile process and test-driven development, using object-oriented development tools to analyze, model, design, construct and test reusable objects, and making the codebase better.
What you'll do

- Collaborate with leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads and other developers, along with internal customers, to understand needs and develop solutions according to business requirements
- Create and maintain jobs to extract, transform and load using
- Maintain and create new BI reports, maintain exiting reports and troubleshoot performance and design-related issues
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues; identifies and implements solutions
- Participate in all phases of the development process from inception through transition
- Provide production support and be involved in maintenance and enhancement of products
- Use object-oriented development tools to analyze, model, design, construct and test reusable objects including applications which may interface with other systems in an environment committed to Service Oriented Architecture
All you'll need for success
- Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
- 2 years of experience with Java development
- Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Web Services, including REST/SOAP, JSON/WSDL/XML, AngularJS/NodeJS, Maven, Spring Boot or jQuery
- Object Oriented Analysis, Design Patterns, and Frameworks
- Web Services (REST/SOAP) experience
