Job description

The Vice President of Operations over the Western Division of will have oversight and responsibility for part of the fastest growing division at Embark: outpatient clinics. The VP of Operations will be responsible for building the infrastructure and team needed to launch de novo programs in their respective market. This executive will implement the growth strategy by building upon Embark’s scalable operating systems and processes. This person will achieve scalable results by recruiting, onboarding, developing, and retaining a best-in-class operations team that drives for growth while maintaining or increasing the overall quality of treatment provided.

Additionally, the VP of Operations will ensure Embark has an operational and clinical playbook for both launches and continual operations, delivering consistent and predictable results across clinical, quality, and financial areas. They will partner with other functions to build a clear clinic program model and ensure that the business and financial model is established, scalable, and repeatable.
