Overview



Campus Support Services is seeking to find House Managers to assist in supervising our multiple performance venues in the Lewis Arts complex. This person should be a friendly individual with a customer service background. Candidates should have a strong organizational and communication skills. This position reports to the Venue Manager and Venue Associates of the Lewis Arts complex. As House Manager, these individuals will works with a team of Princeton students and volunteers, who serve as ushers and ticketing staff. The House Manager is responsible for the guest experience, including seating, accessibility needs, ticketing services, and emergency support. As House Manager, the Manager works closely with the production team and event presenters on event timing and seating plans. End of show would require the sending out of the Front of House Report.
