Help Desk Technician
Hartford, CT (hybrid)
6 month contract with potential to extend
$22 to $27/hr pay with benefits available
Technical Skills:
- Windows 10, MS Office 365, ServiceNow Ticketing System, iPhone and Android support, general hardware/software issues
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot IT issues and provide timely resolution
- Answer calls related to PC and host applications, hardware capabilities, and connectivity problems
- Meet established Service Level Agreements
- Demonstrates an attitude of cooperation and attention to customer needs and skill level through superior phone communication skills
- Displays a strong empathy for the customer through an attitude of cooperation and the timely attention to the customer s needs
