Software Engineering Manager - Hybrid - Peoria Il - 100-120k
**Qualifications**
- Robust understanding of Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development
- Proficient in Full-Stack Development and Software Development
- Familiarity with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field,
with over 5 years of professional experience
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, waterfall, Scrum, and project management principles
- Skillful in maintaining high-quality documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Passion for leadership, mentoring developers, and nurturing their professional development
needs
- Competent in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, .NET, SQL Server, AWS, Azure, Entity Framework
Core, object-oriented programming, and best practices associated with OOP
- Knowledgeable in unit testing strategies, relational databases, and web-based application
development technologies
- Solid understanding of quality control in the software development life cycle
- Proven ability to work independently or in small teams on time-sensitive projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills for professional interactions with colleagues and customers
- Demonstrated independent thinking, quick learning ability, and effective communication skills
- Led projects involving integration with external stakeholders and third-party APIs
- Proficient in planning and managing release schedules, upgrades, patches, and maintenance
windows
- Strategic thinker capable of developing short- and long-term strategies for scalable software
products and services, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while meeting quality
standards and business objectives.

**Bonus Skills And Experience**
- Certifications in Microsoft, AWS, Azure, or test automation
- Experience in building and maintaining REST APIs
- Understanding of OAuth 2.0 protocols, React, Angular, MVC web development, HTML/CSS,
NoSQL databases, Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and other third-party software development
tools
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, React.js, Angular, HTML, MySQl, Sql
Server, MongoDB, GitHub, Azure SQl database
- Familiarity with legacy methodologies
