Actively seeking line cook w/ 3+ years in fine dining, higher end, haute-today relevant cuisine. Cross training preferred. Must understand sautéed station and grill stations with strong experience executing high volume high end from scratch cuisine. Technique and skill level with determine final rate of pay.
