Job description
Join TL Worldwide Transportation, a leader in the passenger transportation industry in Northeast Ohio, as a Dispatch Support Specialist. This role is pivotal in upholding our commitment to superior customer service and operational excellence. The successful candidate will manage inbound communication, coordinate our driving staff's movements, and ensure timely service for all passengers. This role requires strong logistics, mapping abilities, and multitasking skills. Prior customer service experience and/or dispatch, is a must.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound communication, including telephone calls and emails, ensuring effective and professional interaction with our customers.
- Accurately record and process customer requests, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
- Efficiently transfer requested information into multiple programs, showcasing your ability to multitask.
- Contribute positively to a team setting, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns using your problem-solving skills, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and coordinate the movements of our driving staff, ensuring timely and efficient service for all passengers.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a professional office setting.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Positive professional attitude and team mentality.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to procedures.
- Experience in logistics and mapping.
We offer paid training, weekly pay, and a supportive work environment. This role is a full-time position.
