Job description

JOIN GROWING CALL CENTER IN VALLEY !!!

PAY : $19.25/hour and increase to $20/hour once permanent. $24.07/hour for some hours worked

HOURS : Shift bid of your top 5 preferred schedules prior to starting.

OVERTIME : $28.88/hour —Available after training based upon business needs. Some candidates work up to 20 hours extra per week

INTERVIEW PROCESS : 30 minute virtual interview

JOB DESCRIPTION : Managing phone and message inquiries from our patients and those involved in their care as they navigate a complex healthcare system including but not limited to needs tied to insurance, billing inquiries, and appointment management
